The importance of blogs – Why every business needs a blog for marketing

If you look at the biggest companies in the world, there are just a few without blogs. I challenge you to go to their websites and find the blog. Also, you’ll notice that they’re posting regularly.

If brands like Samsung, Apple or Volkswagen have blogs, I think I just made my point. Most of the time they can be found under the name “Blog” but sometimes you’ll notice they are named “Latest News” or simply “News”, pages where these companies’ communicators are writing posts about the latest announcements and releases.

Content vs Design – Which one matters more?

At a first glance, you may think they are not related. Because they are two different things. By content, I mean text – posts, articles, landing pages, ads etc. By design, I mean how you present your ideas visually.

Blogs have the power and all the big companies use them to monetize their work, inter alia. When it comes to marketing, if you don’t blog, you don’t exist.

Content and design should complement each other, but have they an equal value?

Marketing speakers entertained the people at SEMdays Bucharest 2015

I wrote a month ago about SEMdays, an important international conference for marketing and SEO, that will take place in Bucharest this September.

Well, the event took place at Baneasa Grand Cinema last week and I really want to write down my excitement related to it. 18 great speakers attended the conference and it was a total success. At least from my point of view.
